What's included?
- Steaks - #30lbs including Ribeye, New York Strip, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin,
- Ground Beef - #60lbs individually wrapped, 1lb portions
- Other Cuts -#30lbs including roasts, short ribs, brisket, liver, marrow bones, stew and fajita meat.
- We'll use our standard cut sheet (listed above) unless otherwise specified. If you would like to determine your cuts, please call the locker for your processing needs. Once you place your order we will follow up with an email listed with the phone number you should call to customize your order.
We're accepting deposits for our next processing dates. The final price for a quarter beef is based on final freezer weight. Final weight will vary but the average is around 120lbs.
Your take-home weight will vary depending on the live weight of the animal and how it is processed. The average range for finished weight on a quarter beef is 120-130lbs.
Your $400 deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. We will invoice for the final payment after processing.
